1. Processing Time

 

The time required to prepare your order before it is shipped.

  • Order Verification & Preparation: All orders are subject to verification and approval. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Items noted as custom or made-to-order (e.g., personalized engravings, custom ring sizes) require 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

  • Processing Time Exclusion: Processing time does not include the time the package is in transit.


 

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and weight of the items.

3. Shipping Security and Tracking

 

Tracking Your Order

 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

 

Insurance and Signature Requirement

 

  • Optional Shipping Insurance: We offer the option to purchase full shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
  • The insurance cost is calculated automatically based on the total value of the items in your cart.

 

4. International Shipping and Customs

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

  • Luminare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We advise international customers to check with their local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.

 

Currency

 

  • All charges are billed in AUD. Currency conversions on your bank statement are determined by your bank.

 


 

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

 

  • Damage: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@luminaregoods.com with photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to file a claim and send a replacement immediately. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

 


 

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
